Mediterranean lamb

Take some lamb mince, shallot, garlic, cumin, lemon juice and fry it all up.
Take some black olives and chop them up, removing stones if necessary.
Some salad, or purple sprouting broccoli and some endive
Place bits of all three inside pittas and add a squeeze more of lemon juice, some hoummus or some mayonnaise.
then eat

tasty and quite quick
